This page sets out important terms that apply when you send a customised letter (the "Services") from this website (the "Website").

While we have made certain content available for use in letters we do not control customised or personalised content submitted by users and cannot be held liable for this.

Ordering a letter

In order to send a letter you will need to choose one letter design and one letter text option from our selection. You will also need to provide certain basic information regarding the recipient including, but not limited to their name, age and hometown and the full postal address where the letter is to be sent. We will do our best to send a letter based on the information provided, if this information is incorrect or for any reason we cannot send a letter or the Service is not available we will not be liable for any loss whatsoever.

A contract is formed between you and us when the order confirmation page appears.

Price, postage and delivery

The price of each letter will be shown on the Website. Prices of all letters include VAT. All letters are sent via the Royal Mail and prices shown include UK postage.

Product description

We do our best to ensure that on the Website we show our letters accurately. However, there may be slight variations in the colour, typeface or layout.

Changing or cancelling your order

Should you wish to make changes to or cancel your order we recommend that you first check the status of your order. This information can be accessed by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. If the status shows as ‘order received’ then an order can be changed or cancelled. Unfortunately, if the status shows as ‘order printing’ or ‘order sent’ we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes. Should you wish to cancel or change an order you should e-mail us at: Our e-mails are answered Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-6pm, it is therefore possible, although unlikely, that an order may be printed before we are able to make the requested changes.

Refunds and returns

We have internal checks in place to ensure all our letters/certificates are dispatched in perfect condition, but occasionally a problem may occur. Should your order be damaged in delivery or should you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please return it to: Near Line Media, PinHigh, The Ridge, Bussage, Stroud, Glos. GL6 8HD. We will investigate the issue as quickly as possible and notify you if you are entitled to a refund or replacement.


When you place your order we will ask you for your credit or debit card details. We do not store your card details.

What you agree to do

When using the Services you agree that you will:-

  1. use the Services only for lawful purposes;
  2. accept full responsibility for any information/message submitted through the Service;
  3. ensure that the content of any message you send will not contain any, defamatory, offensive, pornographic, threatening, abusive, racist, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, unlawful, hateful or otherwise objectionable material or constitute an invasion of privacy and that you do not send a message and/or letter that either will or is intended to, annoy, harass or intimidate another person;
  4. ensure that any personalised content that you send not infringe our or any other person's copyright, trademarks, patents, moral rights or other intellectual property rights of any nature;
  5. not send a message which will constitute a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability; and
  6. not use the Service to solicit other people to become users of competitive online services, advertise or offer for sale any goods or services, promote any surveys, contests or chain letters for any purpose whatsoever.

What we may do

We reserve the right to:-

  1. deny, at our sole discretion, your access to the Services and/or the Website without reason or notice, delete your details and refund you any payment for unsent letters;
  2. suspend your use of the Service and/or Website where you break these Terms and conditions or the law; and
  3. refer any matter to the police or the courts, where in our opinion, we consider the matter is of a criminal or illegal nature.

General Information

We reserve the right to change Terms on which the Service are offered at any time. Any changes to the Terms will take effect immediately when they are placed on the Website, and will apply to all future use of the Services. You should check the Terms posted on the Website before you send a letter, they may have changed since your last visit.
